Flat in Sydney

Hello future housemates! A few of our housemates are sadly leaving for Europe and abroad and so their loss is your gain! We live in a massive house with an unmatched location! Just off Bondi Road, with a short stroll to a bunch of cafes, restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walk to either Bondi or Tamarama beach and still on a quiet street with very little traffic! There are 2 rooms up for grabs with a total of 4 rooms in the house.

**The house:**

We live in a big house with lots of shared space, including a big open plan kitchen and dining room, separate lounge room AND a work-from-home office! We have a driveway. We have a front yard. We have a big, green backyard with a fire pit! We have a garden shed. A massive laundry, two verandas. Our ceilings are over 3m high…. it’s the best.

We have two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which has a bath, and a total of 3 showers. How? We have a heated outdoor shower! Perfect for after beach / surfing when you want to rinse off and appreciate the garden. We also have a big outdoor deck with a BBQ, couch and dining table.

In the kitchen we have a brand new oven with gas stove, a Breville coffee machine (by far the hardest-working appliance in the house), air fryer, rice cooker, nutri-bullet, slow cooker / pressure cooker and 2 big fridges! There is also tones of shared storage space around the house so if you’re bringing a lot of luggage, it won’t be a problem!

We have all the furniture covered but if there’s an item or two that you want to put in the shared space, we can cover that when we meet and show you the place!

**The rooms:**

Room 1

The first is the largest in the house, with space for a desk, a king bed, and enough built-in storage for all your stuff. The room is peaceful and private and gets the most amount of light of all the rooms.

Room 2

The second is a perfect sized room which fits a queen bed with bedside tables and also has a mirrored built in wardrobe. The room still gets plenty of light during the day.

Bills are $32 per week, they include a fortnightly visit from a cleaner, all house cleaning and sanitary items, high speed internet, electricity and gas! We also have a number of streaming services you’re welcome to use but currently no TV (Mike will buy a projector very soon though!)
