It's a really big and well established house. We have everything here and it's all very well presented and well kept. 
This room is suitable for someone who commutes to work during the week as we already have 2 people working from home during the day. Although this isn't essential - just something we have discussed might be a good setup.

We're in the heart of Bondi Beach. Right on Hall Street. And theres a massive palm tree lined garden out back and an off street car park available too (see below).

Probably most suitable for a non drinker or someone who's more of an early morning and wellness kinda person.

We're under the massive Hall St fig trees, in a quiet 1 way street with very minimal traffic. 
It's a: 
- 6 minute walk down the main street to Bondi Beach 
- 3 minute walk to Harris Farm Supermarket 
- French Bakery right next door 
- 30 seconds to epic coffee at Makaveli Cafe 
- And another 50+ cafes, restaurants and bars all within 4 minutes walk

🏠 THE HOUSE: 
It's just been freshly painted, given brand new carpet and the wifi is epic. 
- A 5 seat leather lounge tops off the living room cinema with awesome surround sound. 
- Double brick walls for privacy. 
- We have over 20 happy pot plants. 
- A dishwasher. 
- The kitchen is fully stocked with an almost commercial level of gear. 
- There's a second fridge in the laundry so we can easily all shop on the same day 
- 8 seat dining table 
- Huge quiet garden which gets all day sun

🛌 WHAT YOU GET: 
- Furnished 3 x 3.5m bedroom with good lighting and large built in, mirrored wardrobe 
- Black out roller blinds. 
- Downstairs bathroom shared with 1 other person. 
- Off street parking for additional $30 per week if needed.

If you take public transport, then the 379 comes every 10 minutes and less than 20 seconds walk around the corner.

💰 BOND and BILLS: 
- 3 weeks bond. 3 weeks notice when moving out. 
- Gas, electricity, water, internet all included.
