I'm looking for a short-term tenant to stay in a cozy room and home, and take care of it as if it were their own. Please note, this is not a party house, but a cozy home with an amazing beach view.

The place comes fully equipped with everything you'd need: a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove, laundry facilities, fans, a TV connected to streaming services, a work-from-home setup, and even a surfboard you can use. There's also a parking spot available. Feel free to ask if you have any specific questions.

A large-sized balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, having breakfast, or reading a book with the beach view.

The location is incredibly convenient — right next door to Totti's and just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There’s a bus stop next to the house, and you're close to grocery stores, a chemist, dry cleaning, bars, and restaurants within 50 meters for all your immediate needs.
