Walking distance to everywhere from the Freo train station to the famous South Beach and all the cafes in-between.

High celling Medium/Large sized room with Queen bed and furnishing.
Bedroom is street facing and South street is an artillery road, so if you want peace n quiet, this room might not for you. That being said, you do not notice the road noise too much if you are in the lounge.

Cosy (aka small) lounge area but suited for 2 people.

** Due to this small living space, would prefer no live-in couples. **

Big, sunny backyard, great for chilling and enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine but this is not a party house.

Would prefer a non smoker as it's a smoke free house.

AS long as your respectful, this house provides a chilled, low fuss existence.
