Minimum stay 4 weeks, longer by agreement, discount offered for a mutually agreed extension. Conditions apply.

You have an option of one of the following rooms for the rate as advertised / negotiated

King Bed with own bathroom and bath, private entrance French doors opening onto the pool and patio.

Queen bed with own ensuite and private outdoor hot water shower, private entrance and in room fireplace.

Easy walking access to Fremantle Cafe strip, both the local end and tourist end within 5 minutes

Gourmet Kitchen fully equipped with Neff, AEG and Scheigen appliances, air conditioned, unlimited fast internet,

Landscaped gardens and pool area including outdoor fireplace with two outdoor seating areas, formal dining and lounge with 85 inch smart tv

A link to over 100 photos of the property can be made available to short listed applicants prior to committing to a viewing upon request.

Off street parking available, secured off street parking nearby

Bills included, excluding power on a user pays arrangement , solar panels installed cover the cost of the fridge, pool equipment and garden lighting plus more in summer.

Gardens and pool professionally maintained fortnightly, with cleaning services included weekly.

4 weeks payment required on arrival, any additional nights agreed at a nightly rate , security deposit refundable upon departure.

Our rate is negotiable for the right applicant, so if you are shortlisted for a viewing, we will personally meet you for a viewing and should we both feel it could be a good fit your welcome to make an offer to secure the room. If we agree then that’s what you will pay.

We advertise at a higher rate to avoid the flood of enquiries from the ‘party crowd ‘ that is a big waste of our time we would rather avoid.
