This two-bedroom apartment is nestled behind the Old Canberra Inn in Lyneham. The apartment is on the top floor of a small complex and is usually very quiet.

The room available has a built-in wardrobe and is unfurnished. The apartment, though, is fully furnished. I have a verandah with a sad garden (green thumbs welcome) and a garage. If you have a car, there are parking bays in the complex or I'm happy for you to park in the garage if you like as I don’t mind leaving mine outdoors.

We are close to a bus stop (15-20mins to the city) and the bike path (20mins to the city). Water is included in rent, but internet and electricity bills are spit evenly. We have reverse air cycle and electricity usually ranges from about $100-200 per person per quarter depending on the season.

Room is available from 1 May for a six-month lease with the possibility of an extension. I am also willing to consider shorter stays of 3-5 months or weekday-only stays for those who live interstate and are in Canberra for work a few nights a week (I am willing to negotiate on rent in that situation).
