The house is situated in the Wright suburb – super close to the Molonglo River (few hundred metres away) so the 360 degree views are amazing! The house faces North, so you can expect plenty of light throughout the year. The location offers a sense of tranquillity in this growing city of Canberra.

There is a Woolworths in the building and the ClubLime gym is just off the street. Bus stop is right in front of the building with express routes to city.

Running/walk trails – various beautiful tracks in the Molonglo Reserve
Mt Stromlo park - mountain biking trails, 50m Swimming Pool and many more activities.

The unit is new (built in 2023) and we are the first ones to move in.

There are 2 ENCLOSED car parking spots with storage cages. There is plenty of street parking nearby as well.
