The home has a good layout with a dining and kitchen area, no dishwasher. A separate lounge room, laundry area and toilet. Timber floors throughout most of the house including the room you will be taking over. There is a front and backyard (easy maintenance) with a chill out area for drinks, smokes, reading, hanging out, etc. There is a driveway for parking that is first in first served and plenty of on-street parking. There is some shed space available for storage or toys or workshop setup. The house has reverse cycle A/C that works well in winter or summer. This house has everything you need so bring as little or as much as you like.

The room has a large window for natural light that faces onto the main street that is fairly quiet. The blind is good blocking most of the light during the day if you need to sleep. The room can come furnished if required otherwise happy to empty the room. It will be available from the 8thh of May but most likely sooner.

There is a good cafe very close by that does good coffee and lots of Uber eat options being close to the parade and other shopping areas. Generally, its around $15 bucks for an Uber into the city. We all chuck in $25 a week to cover utilities. It comes pretty close to covering water, gas, electricity and wi-fi for the quarter. sometimes we need to chuck in a bit extra.
