House located in a nice quiet location , towards the foothills in St Morris,
The room available has dimensions of 3.6x3.6m so it comfortably fits a queen size bed.
Currently it has no furniture as my old housemate will be taking most of it. So it’s a blank canvas for you to make it your own.

The shared lounge room has plenty of space to fit trinkets and the like, I want you to feel as though you can have some agency in making the house a home. The bathroom is shared but there is ample storage. The shower is actually huge!

There is a large storage shed for other belongings, or alternatively make it into a creative space. A beautiful garden to read in and listen to the birds.

Close to public transport to go directly to the city, plenty of shops and cafe to enjoy as well!
