This apartment is in a high-rise in the Sundale Precinct of Southport just a few minute walk to the Tram.G Link. There are 2 bedrooms the main is large , private has water views and has a large ensuite with bath . The overall apartment is open and large and the bedrooms are adjacent to each other. There are also 2 fridges so each couple can have their own.
I am looking for someone who will respect the apartment and the other couple renting the 2nd bedroom. The building also has an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna . Woolworths is a 2 minute walk along with coffee shops and restaurants. The Broadwater parkland is just across the road a 5 minute walk and an easy 10 minute walk to Main Beach. Perfect position to enjoy peace and tranquility along with being close to everything , broadwater, beaches, tram, shopping centres , bars, restaurants, and green space.
