House 1~ 6 mins walk to Queen street tram stop in Southport. Close to Griffith Uni.

Room 1: $270/week, Queen bed, available now. Own bathroom and toilet.

House 2~ 2 mins walk to Bus stop in Southport. Close to Griffith Uni.

Room 2: $240/week, Queen bed, available from 7th May.

Room 3: $250/week, big room, Queen bed, available from 7th May.

Free WIFI/electricity/water. Parking off road.

Min. Stay 1 month if you can move in room available date. If move in after room available date, Min. stay 3 months.

House rules:

1. NO friend stay overnight. Friend for an occasional meal is ok but not in your room few hours.

2. No party

3. Do clean based on clean schedule.
