Property is in a great location, 15 minutes from pacific fair, 5 -10 minutes to Australia fair shopping centre and close to Griffith University.
Close to public transport, bus stop at the end of the road and tram stops 12 minute walk away.

It’s a very spacious property, the room has a built in robe, can fit a queen size bed and will have a shared bathroom with one female flatmate.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open style living area and kitchen, a garage and a little outside area.
The upstairs area also is spacious and has a study nook you can use.

Bills aren’t included in the rent and are spilt evenly.
The bond is $900 but will be going up to $940 in May and you’ll need to sign a lease.
We also went equally in for household appliances like the washing machine, fridge and dishwasher.

We would love to live with someone who is friendly and respectful.
We are a clean household.
Although we love to all hangout and have fun, we also appreciate the quite and hope you do too.
