we are looking for a female flatmate to join in sharing our friendly relaxed, quiet, big house.
we have a spare room downstairs.
there are 2 living/lounge areas both with smart tv for your streaming services, Upstairs and downstairs.
a big kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm
2 bathrooms, Share a bathroom with 1 other.
A nice yard with a fire pit to enjoy a few drinks and nibbles with friends and flatmates
The bus stop is 50 meters from the house going north or south, easy access to uni's and shopping centre's, the shopping centre is a ten minute walk to coles, woolies and aldi
We would like a clean/tidy person that is respectful of other flatmates. Sorry no night shift workers.
It's a 15min walk to surfers paradise just across chevron island.
Close to everything, Sunday markets at hota is a 5 min walk, gym, park on the water and 10min bike ride to beach.
this house is quiet, relax and chilled so we are looking for the same
its not a party house but don't mind nibbles and drink around the firepit now and then
