We are looking for a clean, friendly, quiet, considerate and respectful house-mate to join us in our fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bathroom townhouse which is located in Melville - 10 mins from Fremantle and 20 mins from the city.

The room is fully furnished- wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables and tv.
Bathroom shared with one other
Utility bills and internet are included in the rent

Your roomies are a mature, friendly couple (both mid 30's), and a bubbly working holiday maker (mid 20s). We work and study full time and enjoy exercising, catching up with friends, music and cooking.
We enjoy socialising but also greatly value our own space.
We are looking for a housemate who is open minded, friendly, clean, respectful and understanding of busy schedules as we value our downtime/quiet time greatly.
We would prefer a non-smoker and for you to be environmentally and socially conscious.
Unfortunately there are no car parking spaces in the complex, however there is on street parking close by. The house is located on a major public transport route with regular services as well as parks, cafes, restaurants and a shopping centre within walking distance.
