I am seeking professional lady over 40 who is working full time, is peaceful, respectful and over her party days(non smoker) to live on my property in a tiny home(not suitable for families or couples)

The studio room is brand new with everything Included.
Fully furnished
Your own kitchen & bathroom.

Double foldout bed with bedding

-You have your own entrance and privacy(except for inspections and maintenance)

Rent is $325 a week including all utilities
2 weeks bond
2 weeks rent paid in advance.

My house 🏠 is a sanctuary, my safe space. I want that to remain.

Unfortunately no animals are permitted for safety reasons, there is no fencing between the studio room and the street.

-35 minute drive to CBD
-30 minute drive to the beach
