This house is a newly built 4x2 with a theatre and games room.
It has reverse cycle air conditioning with a smart control unit.

This property is owned by myself
Bills will be included in rent including WI-FI and streaming services avaliable to use in the main living area.

Ideally with myself being away at work most of the time being FIFO, my partner would prefer to find other women or couples to share the property with.

We are 25/26 looking for professional individuals who are clean, respectful and not too noisy. We are also open to housemates having pets as long as they are well trained and have no bad habits. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

Being a 4x2 house, we have 3 free bedrooms avaliable, but not looking to have 3 bedrooms full with housemates, although the third room can discussed as an extra option if you would like to have use of 2 bedrooms instead of 1.
