* ABOUT THE ROOMS *

We have one room available for a new housemate :) . All rooms in the house are big enough to fit at least a queen bed and a desk. We try to have an average of 3-5 people living in the house.

This room has built-in robes with mirror doors, as well as a split system air conditioner. The last 2 photos on the ad show this room.

🛏️ We have some spare furniture, or you could bring your own (room can be furnished or unfurnished).

* OTHER FACILITIES *

🍳 The house has a large kitchen (with European appliances including 90cm wide oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave), large family room, laundry, plus an extra washer/dryer outside.

🛁 One of the other bedrooms has an ensuite. The house's main toilet and shower are in separate rooms and there's an extra toilet through the laundry. (There's a total of 3 toilets and 2 showers in the house.)

⛩️ The remote-controlled gate at the front allows you to park in the enclosed front yard.

* UTILITIES *

🌐 We have the NBN (fast internet) and mesh Wi-Fi which covers the whole property.

⚡ The new solar power system gives some free electricity usage when the sun's up.

♨️ Infinity gas hot water - never runs out!

💵 Water/Electricity/Gas/Internet are split between the housemates.

* ABOUT THE LOCATION & PUBLIC TRANSPORT *

🎓 Perfect for any student attending Adelaide Uni or UniSA in the city, also close to Flinders.

🚆 Ascot Park Railway Station is on one end of the street (express is 13 minutes to Adelaide).

🚍 Marion Road is on the other end of the street, where the M44 bus stops.

🏪 A short walk to Park Holme shopping centre (Coles, chemist, Bakers Delight, etc.), Liquorland and BWS.

🏬 A 10-minute drive will get you to Westfield Marion or the beach, or a touch more if you cycle.
