This is a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 study family house with an outdoor lounge and backyard. My husband and I would like to spare one room for rent. Currently this room is fully furnished with one double bed, bedside table with lamp, drawers and couch. This room is in good internal size at 18sqm which is very spacious.

The house is one street behind Millers Road with friendly neighborhood environment. Very convenient to everything : Altona Gate Shopping Center which consists of supermarkets, pharmacy, food court; fitness center with heated swimming pool; post office, restaurants and fast food shops etc. Closer to freeways towards City or Geelong direction. . 20-min drive to Williamstown, Yarraville, Altona beach, Port Melbourne and closest train station in Newport or Altona. 3-min walk from home to public transport station to CBD, Footscray, Laverton & Boxhill.

We are very friendly, easy going happy couples. We always catch up with friends for good food. Enjoy meeting new friends with different nationalities and culture. We are very neat, keep our home clean at all time and respect others privacy. We expect the same with our new flatmate.

If you are looking for a quiet environment and cozy place with friendly people to live, our home is an ideal place where you might feel like living in a home rather than a room only. You are most welcome to arrange property inspection first before you make decision.
