We are looking for those who like to live a relaxed and peaceful environment.  We like to keep things clean and hygienic  We are a no party house. Please be used to living in a share-house and be courteous of others.

Minimum stay of 3 months (below 3 months considered for extra fee) - 3 week notice period.

Security Deposit of 3 weeks - fully refundable at end of stay depending on the state of room return and unpaid bills at time of check out.
