Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings are non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions.
If you have a UK guarantor, you can pay rent in three instalments, and an initial payment of 3 weeks will be demanded before checking in. In the absence of a UK guarantor, you will be required to pay your rent in full.
The deposits are placed into a deposit protection scheme, kept safely throughout the academic year, and will be returned to you at the end of your contract.
After booking your room, you have a cooling period of 7 days to cancel your tenancy agreement and have your full security deposit refunded. After the cooling, students are required to pay the rent or any applicable fee for the full tenancy fee, unless they find a replacement tenant approved by the management.
All utilities such as gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in your rent.
The rooms booked by students are for the full tenancy period, and they are not asked to move out during the academic breaks.
