We are very pleased to offer this amazing five bedroom apartment within this absolutely fabulous conversion, formerly belonging to the neighbouring church. Situated right on the edge of the city centre & extremely close to Leeds University as well as Leeds metropolitan University, very little has been altered to the original design so the entire building has a wonderful blend of original architechtual features with contemporary fittings. Features include high ceilings typical to the period, lovely great big windows, accompanied by very large bedrooms, supplied with every conceivable item of furniture one could wish to have. For instance every bedroom comes with a leather sofa as well as a double bed, desk chair, shelves and a wardrobe. There are also bathrooms which are beautifully tiled with amazing shower facilities, a really impressive open-plan, dining kitchen, living room area fitted and furnished with high spec appliances including a flat screen T. V. In addition there is a gym which is for the four flats within the building to use at their leisure as well a lovely big communal garden.
