About the Property

This majestic apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It offers picturesque views through the large glass windows in the living and dining area, which look out onto Lake Orr facing south and the paradisiac pool facing north.

As a temporary resident, you will enjoy access to a list of amenities that include a spa, sauna, two gyms (one for cardio, one for weights), cold plunge pool, library, cinema, two overwater gazebos, a huge resort-style pool, and a full kitchen/entertaining area with two BBQs—the entertainment options are endless.

With a plethora of shops, restaurants, dining options, and river walks right on your doorstep, as well as close proximity to Burleigh Heads Beach, Robina Town Centre, Robina Hospital, CBus Super Stadium, and Bond University, which is only a short stroll away, the location does not get any better.

I share this apartment with my sister, and we are looking for two more people to stay short-term or until our families come back to Australia to join us in July.
