The apartment has everything you need and the building has a gym, spa, sauna, steam room, 3 pools, private cinema, residents lounge, BBQ area. It is considered to be one of the best apartment blocks in the city. Price for single occupant $500 per week (add $150 for couples). Utilities bills are $45 per person per week (covers electricity, water, gas, wifi internet). The bed in the room is 1 Zip King Bed which can also convert into 2 single beds.
