Flatshare in Melbourne

This property was first built as a mansion, located in the beautiful budding suburb of St Kilda. It has since be refurbished into an apartment building, but it keeps it's rustic yet luxurious charm. It features stunning hardwood floors, high ceilings, and modern amenities.

We are on a quiet street that is close by to transit and local shops/services. Traffic noise is minimal, and street parking is often available if needed.

Theres a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances you'll need to cook your own meals. The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower combo. Your room will be bedroom 1 which comes with wooden shelves, but no bed or other furniture. The common areas are fully furnished, including the dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The flat also features a flatscreen TV and many board games (and an n64 with some games!)

There is aircon in the lounge area and we will be getting internet which will be shared between us. The electric and water bill are not included in the rental price, but are usually around 60 dollars per person per month.

Flat is a 10 minute walk from Chapel Street and Windsor Station (Sandringham Line).
Tram 3/67 are a 5 minute walk, Tram 16 is a 10 minute walk, Tram 78 is a 8 minute walk.
St Kilda Junction is a 10 minute walk.
Bus 264 is a 5 minute walk.
Albert Park is a 10 minute walk.
Coffee Shops and Anytime Fitness on Fitzroy Street is a 10 minute walk
Aldi on Inkerman Street is a 10 minute walk

We will be moving out on June 5th, at which point you're free to take over the lease and find a housemate to replace us (which we can help with). The lease is done month over month with no set maximum stay.

The weekly rent comes out to ~325p/w but is billed as $1400 per month on the 5th of every month.
