Prime location next to Chirn Park! minute walk to bars, restaurants, shops etc. 10 min walk to the Broadwater, 5 min drive to Gold Coast Uni Hospital/Griffith University and 20 min walk to the tram line.

The property is in a block of only 4 units on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Plenty of on-street parking and low traffic street. Balcony faces creek/bush with lots of nature/wildlife. It is an old building therefore some cosmetic maintenance is needed.

The room has its own back stairway entrance to the unit giving more privacy/mini balcony, has remote controlled light/fan and high ceilings. The room is furnished with the rest of the property completely furnished and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware etc.)

Note: I have Guinea pigs that live in their own cage on the balcony and do not come inside & regularly cleaned.
