There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen space opening up onto a huge deck, perfect for relaxing in the summer breeze. It’s got a great vibe. Big 4 burner Webber BBQ and plenty of room for entertaining.

I am not a green thumb at all but if you enjoy doing some gardening, there’s a great space for that here!

Your bedroom has a fan, AC/heater, large built in cupboards/mirror with stacks of shelving and storage. The room has polished floorboards and measures 2.6m x 3.6m. (Bed 3 on floor plan). It has a queen bed, side table, lamp and desk/chair. Own bathroom and separate toilet. And a separate entrance down the side of the house for your added privacy!

Smoking outside is totally ok but the house is not suitable for any additional pets at this stage. There is also ample storage under the house for a jetski/motorcycle/tools storage etc.

$1500 security deposit required. 
Two weeks rent required upfront and to be paid weekly thereafter.

My previous flatmates have been FIFO workers or travelled regularly and needed a home base to always come back to that feels warm and homey. That balance has worked really well so I am ideally looking for the same fit again.

The weekly rent amount covers everything you need as all bills are included. (Internet, gas, electricity, water, gardening/lawns upkeep). Linens and towels, bedding etc is all provided. (If you need!) All you need is your personal belongings and you’re all set.
