I’m looking for someone to share my rented home in Oxenford.
The front bedroom, main bathroom with bathtub and main toilet will be exclusively yours. (I have the main bedroom/ensuite)
Second room available at additional cost if required for study, extra storage etc.
The house has solar panels (no battery so best to do most washing etc during the day), gas hot water and Tangerine NBN Broadband.
Room can be furnished if needed with queen bed. I have a washer/dryer, two fridges and Weber Baby Q, Foxtel, Netflix and Stan.
Short drive to bus/train/tram.
One garage parking space and ample street parking available.
Bills:
Electricity - quarterly (currently free until gov rebate runs out)
Broadband - monthly (Tangerine nbn100/20)
Gas (hot water and stove) - as needed
Water - quarterly
4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance
