The balcony offers a comfortably furnished area for relaxation and leisure. There are beautiful park and river views.

The building has possibly the best common amenities in the area. There is a rooftop swimming pool, barbecue, sitting area and stunning panoramic views of the surroundings, including the Brisbane River and City. It is next to the Gasworks area, with restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets.

I (the owner) work away most of the time interstate, so the incoming flatmate will have the place to themselves during those times. The incoming flatmate will have the primary bedroom which has the ensuite bathroom and wall-to-wall view of the garden and river.

This property is the personal home of the primary occupant and is treated as such. The ideal flatmate would be a person that will treat it with respect and care. The preference is for a person who is will be independent and remain in their space as much as possible when I am around. It is also preferred that the incoming flatmate bring no furniture, linens or fit-outs of their own.

Persons that work away from the apartment are preferred.
