There is a bus stop located close to the complex which can take you directly to the uni also! Bus stop is called "Whiting St at Brown St" if you wanna have a look :)

The property is a spacious 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with a private patio. Air-conditioned living area, internal laundry and shared complex pool.

The room has a large window, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, carpets and is unfurnished, but house is fully furnished, you'll have everything you need including linen and towels if needed! (Room is 3.2 x 3.2) 
Parking available in the complex or on the quiet street, which is only a short walk from the house.

About you: 
We're looking for a female roomate (early 20s to mid 30s) who is quiet, respectful and clean. 
Ideally someone that would like to hang out and become friends but respectful of each other's space. 
Our house is perfect for the working professional or a student that enjoys a quiet, comfortable home

Available date: Now (have just moved in so need to get keys cut, but ready for move in)
