We currently offer a large furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an adjacent private lounge.
The rent is $350/week ($400 for two people) and includes all bills and a weekly cleaner for the common areas.

The house is modern, spacious, and fully air-conditioned, with an open kitchen, dining room, and theatre room. There is an alfresco area, a grass area, a swimming pool and a big workshed.

Free street parking is available. The house is near Woolworths and within walking distance (10min) to the Aubin Grove train station to get to the CBD. (Mandurah line)

About 1.5 years ago, my partner and I started renting this house, furnished it and set it up to be an easy-going shared house. We are considering finding a place for the two of us and would love for someone else to continue our work.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who can imagine becoming the "head of the house" in a few months and taking over from us (including buying furniture of us). Ideally, this person wants a long-term lease, is reliable and gets along with the other two people living here.
When we leave, the master bedroom with an ensuite, the double garage and the big workshed will become available.
