About the Property

We have a 3 bedrooms and two bathroom house located in Hamilton hill and looking for a 3rd female housemate to join us.
You will be sharing your bathroom with Riley our other house mate :) your room
Is quite spacious with a double bed and a big wardrobe. The house consists of a big kitchen with walking pantry, a laundry room, living room, garden and a study.
About us, we are both in our late twenties and entering our nana years so we don’t party but are happy with occasional dinner and drinks with friends, we are very neat and tidy and value our sleep🫣 Looking for someone with similar personality to fit right in!
We do have a garage and there’s a spot for you. But if you’re like Riley and prefer public transport there’s a bus stop right infront of the house.
