I need someone who is very clean, tidy, and a non-smoker.

I am very chilled, and I love watching cricket. I work full-time Monday through Friday (9 to 5). I totally understand if you need your own space and time, as I might require the same.

Rent includes gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. The apartment is fully carpeted and has no pets.
