You will share a separate toilet and bathroom at the back with one Chinese boy and one Vietnamese girl

Must be quiet and clean, professional or considerate individuals or student,
NO partying, NO smoking
Someone with minimal cooking and minimal fuss preferred

Currently resides 4 quiet and clean worker/student Thai, Vietnamese and chinese, 20-30s. Usually keep to themselves hence not a social household

Prefer long term. minimum stay 3 months

2 weeks notice for moving (if you want to move out)
2 weeks bond 2 weeks rent in advance (prefer to collect every 4 weeks)

You will be given a simple house chore like sweeping the kitchen floor once a week

Will give 21days notice if the room needs to be vacated
