- The apartment is in the IDEAL location, the balcony looks over haig park, it is a 2 min walk to lonsdale street
- You’ll be in a spacious bedroom with your own ensuite and built in wardrobe
- Super close to Ipima and Elouera St light rail stops
- Visitors car parking available (but no full time spot)

Bills split evenly, room unfurnished but happy to sell some furniture from the outgoing housemate 😊
