I have a private room available in a beautiful, fully furnished apartment just steps from Bondi Beach — literally a 1-minute walk to the sand! You couldn’t ask for a better location: 30 seconds to Woolies Metro, and right around the corner from a vibrant strip of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Plus, there’s a bus stop right outside, making it super easy to get around.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so you’ll have your own private bathroom (pictured), as well as in-unit laundry for added convenience. The space is modern, thoughtfully designed, and feels like home.

I’m looking for a female flatmate (mid twenties to mid-thirties) who’s keen to create a warm, friendly home. Ideally, someone who’s up for sharing the occasional movie night, dinner, or beach walk. While it’s definitely not a party flat, I do love hosting the odd dinner party and would enjoy living with someone who appreciates a relaxed, social vibe.

I’m also open to two friends sharing the room for an additional $50 per week.
