🏠 Flatmates:
You'll be sharing the apartment with two friendly and responsible people in their mid to late 20s from the UK. All work full-time but are quite active outside of work. We love sports and are into yoga, surfing, CrossFit, running, gym, swimming, tennis, sauna etc.. However, we also enjoy spending time at home and having dinner together or catching up after a long day of work. Sometimes working from home and often up early and in bed by 9 or 10 pm.

💰 Rent Details:
The rent is $590 per week plus some bills, and a 3-week bond is required

⏳ Move in from
- We are looking for someone to move in on the 11th of January. If you are ready to make this your new home, don't hesitate to reach out!
- Looking for someone long-term (minimum 3-4 months) to join our harmonious and fun living space.

🚫 No Party Flat:
Please note that we are looking for someone who values a peaceful living environment. This is not a party flat, but rather a place to relax and unwind after a long day.
