Shared bathroom with the best shower, strong pressure + continuous gas.

Second outdoor bathroom with toilet and hot shower. Perfect for an after surf rinse or if the main bathroom is busy.

Minimum stay 6 months and preference goes to long-term renters.

$2000 bond and rent paid fortnightly.
