This is a beautiful spacious modernist town-house with back courtyard BBQ and front south courtyard between house and carport
It's the special one on the end of block of town houses. Feels more like a house than a town house as it has own driveway, and a front and rear open space. Tucked in centre of block and private , quiet and secure.
Modern fittings and solar panels to make energy much cheaper.
Great kitchen. Definitely a find.
There's 2 bedrooms upstairs and one down. Bathroom upstairs has shower.
2nd bathroom down with no shower.
Please excuse the terrible photos, camera has no wide angle- they dont do it justice . But it's lovely...

SW corner of city grid, close to central markets. Very convenient obviously...
City living but feels very chill, almost suburban. Green not busy
