The rent of Park View includes payments for utilities, high-speed internet, and contents insurance. The regular payment scheme is based on 42 weeks and is processed via the University of Manchester.
What is the difference between the Gold and Platinum en-suite rooms?
The Gold En-Suite rooms are the basic rooms in Park View. Platinum En-Suite rooms are the newly renovated rooms that have been enhanced with better interior design, brighter decor, increased storage space, and extra mirrors in the bathrooms.

Yes, the Park View location has exciting features as it is located close to key universities and colleges in the city. Also, students can easily access public transport facilities like buses and trains.
How many students share each flat at Park View?
Park View is designed to have self-contained apartments, where there will be between four and six students in each apartment, featuring a shared kitchen and lounge room where everyone will share the facilities. However, each individual will have their own private bedroom attached to an en-suite bathroom
How does the laundry service work at Park View?
The Park View has a laundry facility within the building, which can be accessed using the Circuit Laundry application. There is no need to use coins when making payments, as everything is done digitally. The cost of doing your laundry will not be covered in your rent payment.
