Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green/Shoreditch, E2 6BZ. We are currently looking for a 3rd female flatmate to join our friendly household. The room is available for long-term stay, and you will be sharing the flat with Marisa, who works in hospitality, and Beatriz, an arts student in her Masters program. We have been living here for over two years and enjoy the vibrant location. We value a clean and respectful living environment, while also appreciating social interactions. The monthly rent for the room is £1000, with bills averaging around £100-150 per month. The flat is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street overground and a 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green station.

Living Space

The available room is a mostly furnished double room with a closet, and you will need to provide your own mattress. The shared living room is spacious with a Juliette balcony that brings in plenty of natural light. There is ample hallway storage, a separate toilet, and a bath/shower for convenience. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are available for shared use, ensuring practicality and comfort for all residents.
