Our spacious homes at Bread & Butter Collective are perfect for groups of friends looking for a whole house or individuals seeking a single room in a house share. We offer a selection of single-sex or mixed houses for undergraduate or postgraduate students, as well as young professionals. Rent includes a bills-inclusive package covering gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet. Please note, non-full-time students may incur a supplement for council tax. Rosebarn Park, our development of homes, provides privacy with individual front doors and private or shared gardens, fostering a vibrant community with onsite maintenance support and a 24-hour emergency customer services helpline.

Living Space

Each bedroom in our homes features a double bed, ample storage, study space, and blackout blinds for optimal comfort and relaxation. Kitchens are equipped with dishwashers, washing machines, and tumble dryers, eliminating the need to share laundry facilities with other residents. Parking is free and readily available at Rosebarn, with a convenient bus stop outside the site for easy access to campus and town. For those relying on public transportation, Exeter St David's train station is a 35-minute walk or 23-minute bus ride, with buses departing every 15 minutes.
