I have an immaculate beautiful luxury home. The accommodation is the back of the house which has 3 rooms and own bathroom/toilet and common room in the middle. One room available and a spare room for some sotrage or as it is now, an communal office.

Shared parts of the house is the kitchen, back garden which has its own entertainment area with Bali hut. Common room, dining room and living room. Its a very relaxed environment.

Room has a new king single bed, mattress, matress cover and quality bedding. You have access to the common room with a couch for relaxing, reading ,listening to music. You have your own tv room and a study. The TV is not a smart tv, because all 4 are in use, should you prefer a smart tv, best to bring your own.

This section of the house is a whole house in itself.

I like the idea of responsible independent people who appreciate living in comfort and luxury.The house has everything and more. Zen like landscape for relaxing and also great for barbecues for friends.

i have multiple spare furniture items that can be added.

The house is immaculate and I have well respected neighbours. The house is not for parties and only non smokers please! No drugs please! I've had a bad run with people turning out to convicted felons running from the law and doing crack in my house. So, a police check, is a preference or License is essential.

Includes a bill allocation of $150 per week for Electricity, water, Gas, Unlimited high Speed WIFI, Netflix and multple steaming apps. 
Laundry Facilities and Cleaner 
Arranged fortnightly cleaning of common areas. 
Includes allocation for consumables of dishwashing liquid, sponges, and bin bags.

Two weeks rent in advance. No Bond.

Viewing is essential before approval. 
Tenants are to be 23 years old and above.

Parking on the verge is available or alternating the driveway.
