Welcome to our lovely home in Heavitree! We are offering a 6-week sublet for a double room in our spacious house. The house is more than just a houseshare; it's a welcoming home where we enjoy spending time together. Half of us are veggie/vegan, so we prefer a meat-free kitchen. The rent is £460 per month, all bills included. The house features a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, two shared bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a charming garden. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household of working professionals who value sociability and creating a comfortable living environment.

The available double room is located on the second floor, facing the back of the property. It comes fully furnished for your convenience. The house has recently been refreshed with new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. Shared spaces include a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and two shared bathrooms. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing and socializing with housemates.

Situated in Heavitree, our home is conveniently located near Polsloe train station, making commuting a breeze.
