Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for students. To kickstart the process, no deposit is required. The room comes fully furnished, and the communal area is well-maintained, featuring essential appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, and microwave. We do not charge a deposit, but a holding deposit of £200 is necessary to secure the room, which will be deducted from the outstanding balance. Additionally, an initial payment covering the first two weeks and last two weeks of the contract, along with a £200 off payment for bills (utilities only) for the first 3 months, is required upon attending our office.
