Room 1 is occupied by an HPC contractor and is a self-contained flatlet with a private kitchen, toilet, and shower room. Room 2, currently available, is a single downstairs front room with its own full built-in kitchen. Room 3 is occupied by a professional man and is a single upstairs front room with its own full built-in kitchen. Room 4 is occupied by an HPC contractor and is a single upstairs room with its own built-in kitchen.

Situated in a residential area near Bridgwater town center, this guest house is conveniently located opposite Sainsbury's and close to rail, bus, and coach stations. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the HPC pick-up point and town center. The neighborhood offers easy access to local shops, supermarkets, takeaways, doctors, chemists, and other amenities. It is suitable for single, mature, working individuals, and pets are not allowed on the property. Smoking is also prohibited inside the property.
