1. Is there any deposit?

There is no deposit required to secure your booking at the Bridge Street Exchange. However, while you confirm your booking, you will be asked to make an advance rent payment, which will be treated as your first rent instalment. 

2. Can I cancel after booking? 

After booking a room at Bridge Street Exchange, students generally have a cooling period of 5 days, in which a full refund is provided. However, after the cooling period, students are liable to pay their rent for their tenancy, unless they find a replacement tenant eligible and approved by management. 

3. Does my room come with bedding?

The rooms at the Bridge Street Exchange are empty for students to make their own. For students wanting to purchase bedding or kitchen sets, they can buy them from UniKitOut at discounted rates.

4. Are my things covered by insurance?

The Bridge Street Exchange partners up with Endsleigh, an official insurance provider, in order to include free contents insurance for students who opt to live at the accommodation. 

5. Can I have friends to stay?

Yes, you can have friends for an overnight stay; however, a maximum of one overnight guest for not more than two consecutive nights is allowed to stay at the property. Moreover, it is the student's responsibility to ensure the guest does not cause a nuisance or annoyance to other residents in the building.
