Downstairs there is a open space kitchen, lounge room and a small laundry room with a low maintenance back courtyard. Heaps of storage space on the bottom level under the stairs and garage. Both rooms come unfurnished.

Room One:

Cozy room with a ceiling fan and two windows with blinds on one side overlooking the street, great for plants! Heaps of storage in the inbuilt wardrobe. Plenty of room for a desk, shelf, and queen bed.

Room Two:

Bright room with inbuilt wardrobes. Has one window with blinds overlooking our small courtyard and part of the street. Room has enough space for a desk and a double bed.

👥 About You 👥

I am looking for two housemates (20s to early 30s) with stable income and good rental experience. Single applicants are preferred but joint applications will still be considered!

✨ Clean, considerate, and respectful of communal spaces, noise, and visitors.

🍳 Self-sufficient - I rarely do house meals but love to watch movies and craft together in the living room.

🚫 Not a party house - although we do love the occasional hangout with friends, we keep things relaxed due to different schedules.

🍃 Friendly as long as it’s legal.
